These financings are a mixture of refundings, new money construction projects and essential use equipment purchases that are structured as bonds, lease purchases, installment purchase agreements, bond anticipation notes, certificates of participation, debt certificates or any other legally available financing structure that is allowed within the municipal finance market. We also have a strong appetite to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects within this industry and have seen this segment of the market grow substantially in recent years. Show less
