      I worked in the Shipping department, and my responsibilities were to support the picking, packing and palletising of Literature in over 400 languages, a total of over 14,000 different articles. This work involved the use of a wireless arm terminal and ring scanner for the correct collection and preparation of each order. I worked in a department of over 200, and a team of around 40. While I worked there, my team and I were capable of shipping over 500 Tons of literature per month. That included the picking, packing palletising and end shipping of around 50 pallets per day.
