-I show up an hour before practice to go over that day's practice plan with the Head Coach. -During practice, I coach and instruct the game of basketball to high school athletes through demonstration, discipline, constructive criticism, and helpful advice. -During games, I provide the team with a pre-game pep talk to get them ready and focused on the game at hand. I then help the head coach determine adjustments in strategy mid-game to set up our players for the best chance to be successful. -Overall, on and off the court I am helping to form young high school students into well-rounded people.
