I've worked with Nate and observed Nate performing many roles over the years at Regeneration church in Oakland; from youth pastor, facilitator, teacher and manager to janitor. With all he does, he gives it his entire focus and care. More specifically, Nate has been a teacher and mentor to my children, ages toddlers to teens. He's been their music teacher, bible teacher, coach and mentor for the last many years. He has been reliable, trust worthy and consistant. For our teenage daughter who has special needs due to epilepsy, Nate is one of the few people we trust enough to look after her. I would recommend Nate for just about anything. For youth work or coaching, he is imminently qualified to teach kids both how to play and how to live well. My only regret in recommending him is that someone will likely snatch him up and we'll see him less.

Additionally, Nate is looking to finish his degree at UC Berkeley, against all odds, while holding down a full time job, keep up the good work Nate!
