We consistently create additional revenue streams, decrease fixed overhead, and exceed the in-house recovery efforts of insurance carriers. In this role, I develop sales strategies, identify prospects, initiate content, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. My accomplishments include: -- New Client Acquisition: Securing 8 of the 10 largest U.S. P&C insurers. -- Retaining 90%+ of my clients – well above industry averages in a very price-sensitive market. -- Revenue Growth: Revenue has increased 90% through the doubling of our client base and diversification into the Disability and TPA market segments. -- Client Success: Through our efforts, clients see 100% recovery efforts dedicated to subrogation; 15% better recovery recognition; and significant ROI improvement. They also see 30% improvement, on average, in recovery-cycle time on collision claims, resulting in higher policyholder satisfaction because they’re getting their deductibles back more quickly – twice as fast as industry averages. My role doesn’t end when the contract is signed; it’s just beginning. I lead a transition process that is as frictionless as possible, ensuring a shared understanding of goals. Beyond the metrics, I am proud of my ability to be a good steward of our capital and to create long-term partnerships with terrific brands, including my very first client, GEICO.
