      As we have continued to grow as a company, my role has changed. I know have the ability to step back and manage the direction of the business, as opposed to working on the day to day tasks. The majority of my work relates directly to the overall Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Stockman Lawnscape. My job is to ensure the long term goals of the company are met, while making sure we remain focused on the short term goals, as well as the day to day tasks. Our amazing people are the driving force of success at our company, I just ensure that we stay on the right track.

      With additions to our sales staff, my position has changed to Business Development Manager. I continue to perform many of the tasks that I had previously done, however, now I get to focus more on the big picture for our company.Along with the marketing side of things, I am responsible for all of Stockman Lawnscape's administrative duties. One of the major tasks is tracking our companies daily production to make sure that each crew is being completely efficient and profitable.Another large part of my job is to create systems and programs that the business can use for many years to come. Some examples of this would be our Safety Program, Hiring Program, Training Program, and our day to day routine that the operations department can put into action. Overall, I like to consider myself as the person setting up the path for our company to follow.

      My position in our company is the Vice President of Marketing and Sales. If you need landscaping work done at your home or business, I am the one in our company that you would speak with first. I am responsible for finding leads and new sales, as well as customer relationships with existing clients. Also, I run the Marketing side of our company as well. From our uniformed employees and professional fleet of trucks, to our company mascot, Murph, I make sure the image of our company stays well above the competition. I also am responsible for the administrative side of our company. All the invoices, estimates, taxes, etc. are part of my duties. Basically my job is the first step for our company. If i don't bring in work, then the rest of our great managers and employees can't do what they do best, make customers landscaping beautiful!
