I have a unique job role that involves me working with children who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. I manage what we call 'The Progress Centre' and place students on a 12 week re-integration programme, with the aim of getting them back into mainstream education. I also deliver a number of interventions such as: Anger management, Behaviour management, Cognitive behaviour therapy and Metacognition (homunculi programme).
