  Battle of the Bands Coordinators plan, execute, and develop Movin’ On’s Battle of the Bands Event. Coordinators create and collect student band applications and select bands to compete in the competition. These individuals help organize the (non-production) logistics, pick judges, oversee the day-of-event tasks, and work directly with band liaisons. Working closely with The Director of Events, coordinators work to host a safe, interactive, and well attended show. Once the event is over, these individuals work as a Hospitality Chair at Movin’ On. Responsibilities of this chair include managing artist’s hospitality rooms and preparing shopping lists for food requested by the artist and their team. Show less
