  Nathan G. Phelps PT, DPT, OCS is a certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). The ABPTS of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) awards Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) certificates to physical therapists with evidence of required clinical practice in a specialty area, and successful completion of a rigorous written examination demonstrating specialized knowledge and advanced clinical proficiency in a specialty area. Nathan received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University, and then went to Chapman University where he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Patients who are post-operative or experiencing musculoskeletal or neurological pain would greatly benefit from his orthopedic expertise.
