We perform testing for validation purposes, stability and shelf life studies as well as product to be released to market. Everyday I used my knowledge and leadership skills to create a functioning workload schedule for the group based off priorities from production and the needs of our clients. I communicated the schedule and any issues directly to management. As part of a mid-sized, fast growing company I had responsibilities to help on board (validate/verify) new incoming test methods, revise and write new SOP's or work instructions, as well as review validation protocols and reports.

Maplewood, MN I worked with a small group of chemical engineers performing small scale laboratory formulation and testing needs for a novel 3M ESPE product. I learned physical testing using Instron hardware and processing software, I ran rheological testing for texture analysis, and became efficient at weighing/balance techniques. I reported directly to the project lead and absolutely loved my time spent working at 3M.
