After the Toyota location in Farmington Hills, I was fortunate enough to be able to stay on with the Serra Organization at the Al Serra Auto Plaza in Grand Blanc. The Auto Plaza houses 9 brands under 7 different rooftops. In my 17th year with the Al Serra Organization, I am currently the Sales Manager of our Chevy brand here at the Al Serra Auto Plaza. Farmington Hills, MI I started in 2006 with Serra Toyota as a sales consultant. I then created our Internet Department and processes. I was then promoted to Sales Manager after succeeding in that position, in which I primarily handled new car duties. I was then given the opportunity to take over the focus of our Used Car Department in March of 2015.
