Projects Include: SABIC Teesside – Ethylene3/4, LDPE MW24 & Jetty 1A/Propylene Shutdowns. • Pre event preps planning, job methods procurement & coordination ofthe events critical path activities from jacketed pipework repairs, NDTinspection & plant vessel inspection scopes of work for heatexchanges, process pipework & Structural/Civil fireproofing inspections.• Working alongside client engineering to create & enhance deliveryspecification to achieve the correct delivery to comply with sitespecification & API, ASME & EN standards.• Management & delivery of the event critical path work scopes throughdesign, construction & commissioning.• Creating project charters, timelines of delivery, Planning progressionreporting for a multi discipline contract.• Planning using SAP for a multi discipline contract. Projects Include but not restricted too: MGT Biomass Power station, SABIC 2020 TAR, INEOS KG Shutdown, Venator Boiler Project & Baku, Azerbaijan Water treatment facility.• Integrating collectively as a team member within the DarlingtonConstruction function and the wider business• Assisting with tenders/proposals and working within agreed budgetsand project program requirements• Producing where required, reviewing and approving projectfabrication, welding and inspection specifications• Overseeing, execute and formulate the qualification of weldingprocedures in line with project requirements• Preparing welding procedure document project submissions to theclient for approval• Attending customer/project meetings and producing detailed reports• Periodically performing site visits to ensure welding is being conductedin line with the company welding control procedures &specifications/codes of practice• Reviewing and approving sub-contractors welding, post weld heattreatment and non-destructive examination procedures wherenecessary• Ensuring welders are qualified, certification prepared in compliancewith site specifications/codes of practice and prolongationaccordance with EN & ASME.• Reviewing contract weld repair rates in line with the company weldingcontrol procedures and instigating corrective measures whereapplicable• Maintaining and updating the register of company WPS & WPQRs.
