- As a principal architect and project manager, I have been developing and constructing several data centers: in Missouri, including Cape Girardeau and St. Louis, for Big River Telephone CLEC and internet operations. The nationwide voice network of Big River Communications includes St. Louis, Missouri, and Chicago, Illinois.- The primary engineer responsible for large deployments of LTE network deployment in east-central Missouri by Big River Broadband. Deployment of GPON systems in greenfield and multi-tenant buildings.- Management of the geo-redundant deployment of the CLEC switching platforms and nationwide networks.- Managing the deployment and provisioning of class 5 switching platforms for Bermuda Cablevision LTD and Bolt Fiber.- Implemented digital telephony for wholesale partners, including Alpheus Communications, New Wave Communications, US Cable, Cable America, Eagle Communications, Hughes Net, and the Frankfort Plant Board.As the director, I oversaw engineers who maintained the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and expansion of a nationwide data and voice network—provided service recovery operations during natural disasters and emergency operations to minimize the impact on commercial and residential customers. I managed the evaluation, implementation, and training of new technologies for the customer portfolio. In collaboration with security professionals, my teams improved the protection of network assets and customer premise equipment.
