Nathan has been an essential cog in ELAM's rise to acclaim since we opened the doors in 2014 as founding Teachers of Music. Rising from Director of Music to Assistant Principal to Vice Principal, he now oversees the entire program of creative courses. His dogged focus on industry readiness has benefitted hundreds of graduate musicians, filmmakers and game developers occupying all areas of their respective industries. As a manager, Nathan is an instinctive nurturer and friend, though his high expectations of colleagues are unwavering. Nathan is also a torchbearer in technology's use at all levels of the organisation to improve the student experience and outcomes.
