  The main objective of this internship was to finish installing a thermodynamic water heater and to complement its LabVIEW interface, in order to ensure it was operational for the PERF-E Practical Works. I also worked on a burner, which had to be made mobile and more compact. I also worked on various other instruments.

  During this internship I did the GHG assessment of Biomasse Normandie: to do it I had a calculation tool ready, Emission factors available on the Carbon Base © of ADEME, and a guide to the regulatory method to follow for GHG assessments. This assessment was used to find the most emitting posts in the association: I found corresponding actions to reduce these emissions, and I calculated the gain in CO2 emissions of a few of these. In addition, I made a comparison with the 2014 GHG report. My second main task was to adapt statistical control methods in a context of energy performance: the CUSUM method and the EWMA method among others. For the CUSUM method, I used existing formulas in the literature to better adapt it. I did some tests to check that it could be applied in the adapted field and to verify its veracity. I also did some other submissions: I updated the hydraulic base of Biomasse Normandie as well as their housing base. I also edited a macro in Excel VBA to retrieve weather data from a site.
