I had the honor of working with Nathan for three weeks in a Run Free - a virtual coaching app for runners. First off, I didn’t give a hoot about runners. However, since Nathan was a fan and had a passion for the project, I became a fan as well. He presents himself as a calm and cool collective person but underneath is a talent that goes above and beyond. I had worked very closely with him on our last project and I appreciate that he would take the time out to ask me how he can improve his communication or something that we / he can work on being the project to the next level. He always wants to make a space to have us team mates to be heard. I find this is the best way to bring out peoples best work. Thank you Nathan . Overall, he is highly recommended by me as a skilled people person and UX designer.

If Superman was real, I'm pretty sure Nathan Lane is he. For 480 hours +, I got the opportunity to work alongside Nathan on several projects. During this time, I have gotten to know and learn from this beautiful human being and can vouch for his character and abilities. Nathan proactively has shown up bright and early and has always been the last one to leave. Nathan is a phenomenal team player with a strong work ethic and organizational skills; he's reliable, intentional, dedicated, and positive-spirited. To give you a sneak peek into what it's like having Superman as a teammate, you'll have a kind-hearted hard worker who always has our users, stakeholders, and teammates at the forefront in his research and design skills. Nathan always made it his mission to make sure every teammate was comfortable and seen. He has always provided space for each teammate to shine through and hone in on their skills. Nathan was the backbone of several projects, and this is where you see his strong communication and organization skills shine through. Every morning we had a meeting in which he asked how we were feeling, what was accomplished, our personal goals, and our group goals for the day. He did so every morning and afternoon to instill a strong foundation and team dynamic. Nathan's creative skills, out-of-world thinking, leadership, and empathy always show in his phenomenal work. For his future, know he will move mountains and make any project and the team he gets to be a part of worthwhile.

I worked with Nathan during our UX intensive at GA in early 2022. He brings a lot of creativity and good energy to the team, and he’s always on the lookout for ways to draw the user into a product. He came up with lots of great ideas for our project for Lowe’s and took user feedback well. He leveraged his unique skills, developing and deploying motion graphics and illustrating modules. Nathan is really reliable, creative and a pleasure to work with.
