  My current roll as a Technical operator splits my responsibilities between transmission control for British Eurosport and MCR operation for Arqiva. The work is fast pace and dynamic due to nature of working on live sport and studio events within a 24/7 operation. Within the MCR my responsibilities include; • Downlinking and managing satellite feeds, moving steerable dishes to the correct downlinking positions.
