The primary function of this job was to act as a bridge in communication between my subordinates and the customer. This includes recommending services, notifying the customer of vehicle issues that my Lube Technicians have found, providing solutions to issues that the customers have with their vehicles, and working with full-time ASE certified technicians to complete larger jobs that my department isn't capable of handling.
