Working for Nathan is an absolute pleasure. This guy has tremendous people skills and Experience in managing people. He is a go to guy for any issues you have within the company and he will help you as much as he can in his power. He is a great Leader, coaching and educating everyone on his team, motivating them to learn more and more everyday. He is also a very Fun person to work with. He is one of the most hardworking person that i have seen. He manages manufacturing Inventory team, working along with almost all the operation teams within the company. Nathan has good working relationships with the people he manages in manufacturing inventory control. He works hard to ensure they have the tools and training they need to accomplish their job. In addition he and his staff do a lot of the drill down on why inventory levels are incorrect and many times it is a result of transactions not happening or not happening in time in SAP or product on the floor not being labeled or being labeled incorrectly. In these cases Nathan works hard with receiving and manufacturing to educate them on how to do the transactions correctly, on-time and in the right sequence to ensure the inventory levels are correct. Nathan has exhibited the desire and drive to make these processes work smoothly and the initiative to develop and implement scrap improvement projects. He has added value to our company.
