Delegate work flow and ensure productivity was being reached on a daily basis. Lead a team of employees and hold meetings with said individuals on topics at hand. Express new ideas with upper management and uphold company values. Run weekly reports and customized postings on department status. I was involved in the hiring, termination and disciplinary action of employees. These are just some of the responsibilities that were part of the job but being flexible and open minded was always important with a crew of this caliber. Show less

Customer Service Representative/Service porter
-
May 2009 - Mar 2012
Started out as a porter in the service department. This job was general duties around the shop. Mainly, I was in charge of the cleaning and shuttling of our customers. I would also detail and wash cars when needed. As I progressed with the company I was asked to oversee the status of the used cars on the lot. I delegated the services that were preformed on them prior to the company having them put on the lot. I maintained an inventory on these cars and had a group of technicians inspect them. In my last 6 months with the company, I was a customer service rep. This entailed greeting the customers that came into service and scheduling the service that was completed each day. Follow ups were made with these customers while their car was in our department. This included making recommendations on what kind of services were needed. Show less
