      My main duties include supporting the Apprentice and Employer during the first stage of engagement and managing the learner journey. During the learner journey, I work with Employers and Key Accounts to support with learner engagement, programme enquires, funding enquires and support with their strategic training plans. I have a very good understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy which enables me to advise employers on how to utilise their apprenticeship levy funds. I also deal with SME employers by providing them funding options available and support with the set up of their apprenticeship service account. Daily, I manage the Apprenticeships inbox with ad-hoc enquiries from Employers, Key Accounts, Prospect Candidates, Training Departments, and Internal Departments offering advice and support. Recently I have been supporting the Programme Lead for Early Years setting up the new division within the Apprenticeships team. Another part of my role at Best Practice is Procurement.
