  I serve as the face of the nation’s largest Christian non-profit to the states of North and South Carolina, coordinating all programming efforts with the North and South Carolina Department of Corrections, building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with DOC staff, prison chaplains, pastors, and stakeholders to further Prison Fellowship’s strategic goals, developing, managing, and coaching teams of volunteers to meet organizational goals, planning and coordinating logistics for large-scale events, and engaging and mobilizing local churches and donors to serve those affected by crime and incarceration in their area.   Served as the lead Admissions Counselor; responsibilities included: hosting prospective families and conducting all campus tours and open houses. In addition to responsibilities for increased enrollment, I worked closely with the Finance Department and Marketing Team to increase our marketing presence and work to develop relationships with local business owners and residents. Facilitated enrollment nearly tripling since September 2019, resulting in the receipt of millions of tuition dollars that have allowed the Academy to further its strategic goals.
