REMEDIATION OF ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS o Presented proposal to Executive Management to remedy significant safety issues of the McKesson Electronic Health Record at Presbyterian Healthcare System. Proposal was accepted and granted a two million dollar budget. o Installed or replaced over 600 computer terminals in 2 hospitals o Involved clinicians in the replacement of mobile computer devices PROJECT MANAGEMENT/DIRECTOR o Served as Project Manager and/or Project Director, supervising multiple project managers on the above mentioned and other projects. CLINICAL PRACTICE AND POLICY/PROCEDURE STANDARDIZATION o Standardized several high risk practice issues such as: communication, alert armbands, cardiac arrest procedures, among many others. EPIC CLINICAL DIRECTOR Clin Doc, Stork, Orders, Willow (pharmacy), ASAP (Emergency), Optime, Anesthesia, Cardiant (Cupid), Beacon. Managed approximately 65 FTEs plus collaborated with several Physician Champions and Executes. o Incorporated Evidenced Based Care using the ProVation, and Elsevier’s Clinical Practice Management (CPM).
