-Contact educational facilities, youth clubs, and 501C3 organizations to present our Domino's Pizza Program -Connect with Principals, Program Directors, and Department Heads raising funds for various reasons to educate them on the functionality of our program and reserve dates for the free two-week fundraiser -Provide phone consultation and assess party's needs in order to recommended the appropriate and most beneficial program based on their agenda and goals -Prepare Agreement and send to sponsor for endorsement via Adobe eSign -Coordinate with Customer Service department on delivery of marketing materials and track package to ensure delivery -Complete Kick-Off call with Teachers and Coaches to walk them through the introduction and presentation of the Domino's Pizza Program to ensure successful launch of event -Support, encourage and motivate all groups via phone calls, text messages, and email blasts throughout fundraiser to assist group in reaching their monetary goal -Execute verbal agreement via voice recording in lieu of signed contract when deemed acceptable -Attend daily meetings and routine training sessions to maintain department synergy and continue individual progression -Create/Update/Maintain/Covert leads within Vanilla Soft CRM -Utilize Microsoft Office products for storage, data organization, and internal/external communication Show less
