I got to know Nathalie, during my stint at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid while pursuing my Cuisine Diploma. She guided us daily during the Chef's demonstrations, where she made sure every one of her foreign students understood what the Spanish speaking Chefs said and did. She translated the Chefs’ Spanish demonstrations into audible English via a microphone which is transmitted via receivers in our ears in real time. Nathalie is very good at what she does. I have been living abroad for 5+ years and I've worked with a fair amount of interpreters. None of whom can compete with Nathalie's competence. Her translation is impeccable. She translates, interprets, explains and teaches flawlessly. It also helps that she is experienced in the F&B department herself and very knowledgeable about Food, Wine, Nutrition and Health.
