When I hired Nathalie I asked her what was her best trait, to which she responded, "I get stuff done". With that began a wonderful three year relationship. She took the reins and together we built a first class e-commerce business for Reitmans. All along we had lots of fun, built a firstclass team and grew revenue by 500%. Nathalie is driven, positive, fun, creative, and most importantly she gets stuff done. It was an honour working with her and know she will succeed wherever she goes.
