Nathalie has been my rock during my time at better. Nathalie was visionary, helping us focus on long term structures and volunteer infrastructure to be sure we built with the future in mind. She led us in creating a collaborative vision for the work, and ensured we balanced our goals for equity while also caring for ourselves and our community in how we approached the work.
