We are a state of Maine licensed facility to sun-dry and process cherry tomatoes, and as well, have been certified by FoodSafe for the handling of produce. Leveraging critical thinking skills, I have incorporated many of the same approaches in my work in biotechnology to enhance both yield and quantity of the produce at Replenova. This includes, but is not limited to implementation of soil warming techniques, tracking soil temp, moisture content, measurement of sugar content for produce and design and execute multitudes of experiments and comparative studies on crop / product development.
