Nate Harris has been one of my "star" students, and a true entrepreneur. In the time I've known Nate (roughly one year) he's taken two of my classes (Fall 2014) and also expressed a desire to teach Internet Marketing at Zicklin School of Business (something I hope materializes sometime soon). At a young age Nate has accomplished an amazing amount of experience and achievements and really soaked in modern digital marketing and technologies, while remaining grounded with sound business sense. A natural writer, I found Nate often expressed his deeper thoughts in writing, and I would on occasion get wonderfully thought out ideas which I always enjoy reading and giving him feedback on (when asked, of course). But even more than that, Nate Harris was enrolled in the CUNY Bacolorate and could choose to study in any CUNY college and within most programs, when he wanted; and I am honored he chose my classes. I have to say that while I really enjoy teaching, its not about the money (which isn't stellar) and more about the student - and students like Nate make being a Lecturer at Baruch really feel worthwhile for me. I honestly see Nate as a leader and sharp thinker who succeeds at anything he sets his mind and heart to. I say "mind and heart" because, like many Millennials, he wants to find work that fulfills him at the deepest levels - and has taken him all over the world - he certainly has much more experience and insight than many who are twice his age. Nate also helped me immeasurably with a presentation I did in December 2014 at Chamber Music America, where he spoke to a room about how social media helped to foster the career of his mother as a Jazz Singer. I could go on and come up with more, but I think you see where I'm going with this total and unconditional recommendation I'm giving to Nate Harris. Nate is a person who you should want in your organization, he's smart, a quick learner, and if he wants to work with you, you should feel honored. Way to go Nate!

Nate was brought on as a marketing intern to help promote our new special events venue and to improve our social media presence. In the first week, Nate managed to get us at the top of the Google search. He then proceeded to ensure we were on the map and flourish within the major social media platforms. He was vital in forming relationships with various individuals and businesses to solidify future ventures. Nate is enthusiastic, bright, and takes initiative on any task that is assigned to him. He is very easy to work with and goes beyond his given duties to produce exceptional work. We highly recommend him for any position. We know he will be successful in any venture he pursues.
