  In serving as a Cluemaster, my job was to provide an engaging customer service experience for visitors playing our escape room games, offering clues throughout the process and speaking with them before and after the game to explain rules and get them excited and later debrief the room, answering any of their questions about the game -- a role that showcased my public speaking and visitor engagement skills.
