For those who think they've mastered the art of marketing, I'd like to introduce them to Nate Randle so they can learn a thing or two more. Like all elite marketers, Nate gets inside the consumer's head and diagnoses what makes them tick and which levers to pull to motivate them to action. Nowadays, most consumer purchase decisions are emotionally charged, so this ability is invaluable at driving revenue. Nate knows how to make people buy a product/service and be satisfied with their decision. As a former Nike brand guy, you'd expect Nate to excel at creative execution. Well, expect a bit more. It was my pleasure to work with him on several high-profile creative projects. His ability to convey critical messages and concepts in a compelling yet digestible manner is unreal. I've since employed countless strategies and tactics I learned from my time with Nate. I go to the "Nate Randle bag of tricks" often. Most of all, I admire Nate's leadership ability and composed presence. He's able to inspire others and unite people with ease. I watched first-hand as he brought multiple marketing departments, and other groups (sales/PR/finance), together, under the common goal of providing meaningful experiences to our customers. This, of course, had a positive effect on the bottom line as we attracted new customers and drove repeat business to our network of retail and sports & entertainment companies. I'd gladly work with Nate again and strongly recommend him for any marketing or leadership role.
