I worked in the Ocean Properties Reservations and Revenue Office in South Portland, Maine. I had started with the company in 2010 and had done work as a Reservations Agent, as well as temporarily filling in as Revenue Coordinator during the summer of 2013. Through my work as a Reservations Agent, I became familiar with several different computer software programs, including Micros Opera and ORS, Marriott's MARSHA, and Intercontinental Hotel Group's (IHG) HOLIDEX. When I was temporarily filling the position of Revenue Coordinator, I learned even more about the aforementioned systems and also became familiar with Marriott's MRDW and One Yield interfaces, as well as IHG's online reporting interface.
