  I get the great pleasure of working with a great team of leaders on a daily basis at Horizon Transport. Teamwork, Respect,Courtesy,Positive Attitude,Timeliness, Professionalism, and Communication are the Horizon standards and I work daily to live up to them. My Job: To lead our Drive Away dispatch team in focusing on always putting first things first and move Priorities before letting the easy loads go. To lead our D/A customer service to go the extra step with communication to the customer always letting the customer know that their home or income is safe with Horizon. To accurately and honestly quote prices and timelines for current and prospective customers. I will not give a price and timeline I do not believe i can make just to get the job. I would rather not get it than hurt the customer by missing a deadline. And to make sure that units will be picked up quickly from the factories and secured in our lots where I work with our yard staff to make sure that drivers can access the units and leave when they need to. I work daily to make sure that our customers and contractors have an equally positive experience when they work with Horizon Transport. Show less

  My job as a dispatcher was to connect contract drivers to loads that would help their business succeed. In doing this I built relationships with great people which allowed me to serve both contractors and customers alike.

  The shuttle position is all about Safety, Attention to detail as to not bring in damaged units, flexible hours and patience. In my time shuttling I successfully delivered thousands of motor homes of all sizes along with trucks and buses with no damage.
