I had the extreme pleasure to work for Nate during his time at MoPOP. Nate's approach to merging company goals and employee relations is by far the best I have encountered. He is genuine, thoughtful, and has a gift for making every person he interacts with feel motivated to grow and valued as an individual contributor. His ability to do this while still maintaining company goals, ensuring compliance with HR guidelines, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, is a quality that is both an asset to the company and admirable. To say any company would benefit from having Nate as their Director of HR seems to be an understatement when I consider the value he brought to MoPOP and the direction and guidance I personally received from him. Nate is not only one of the best HR professionals I have had the chance to know but also the best manager I have ever had.
