I decided to take the job offer at the Yew Tree to gain experience in a fine dining environment as an Assistant Manager. I have gained a wealth of experience in direct management of staff, training procedures, a more extensive knowledge of beverages and how to use my skills to the UK market. Unfortunately my time in this business has been cut short through redundancy due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
