We engaged Natasha's services to help us restructure our quoting process and create a new tool to manage it. Aside from her positive and friendly demeanor, I found her highly skilled, creative and an incredible resource. Her expertise in planning and Airtable development has helped our company immensely. She is also an all-around great person to work with! I highly recommend Natasha!

Natasha has an uncanny ability to make data easy to understand and work with. Her dashboards help me make better, faster decisions -- it's a lifesaver with how quickly my company needs to move! And she always makes me feel like she truly cares about me and my business. Natasha may be a data expert, but I never feel like a number with her!

As online businesses, we collect and generate immense amounts of data: ✅ Data on clients – potential, or actual; ✅ Data related to products/services – ideas or offers; ✅ Content – past, present, and future in various formats. It's mind-boggling, if you think about it! Most business owners, though, don't realize that their data, or in effect, lack of it, is actually costing them hundreds, thousands, if not millions of dollars a year, because they make decisions based on incomplete information. Making sense of that data is challenging enough because of the sheer amount of it. But what makes taking full advantage of all that data exponentially harder is that it doesn't usually live in the same place. At Sigrun my priority was to simplify, supercharge, and automate our data collection and analysis so that we are able to make confident, profit-generating decisions. Working at Sigrun was incredibly rewarding because we didn't use numbers just to communicate the results of a campaign or a launch (though, our launch debriefs looked like masterpieces!), we used numbers to plan launches, fine-tune strategies, and adjust campaigns, sometimes in real-time. I couldn't be more proud of our results! Our paying such close attention to numbers and agility allowed us to have a $1,2mln launch in January 2022. In January 2023 we doubled that result! The path to 7 and 8 figures is not a matter of adding more, it's about refining what you do. It's about gaining surgical precision over your marketing so that you're able to adjust the dials just enough to achieve the outcome you're aiming for. Show less

We've all heard it a thousand times – we've got to work smarter, not harder. Easier said than done when we have a million things on our to-do list. That's how the Author Accelerator team felt when they reached out to us. When we started working with the team, they had 30 book coaches who were guiding a few more than 150 writers through their Author Accelerator coaching programs. Because of their incredible results, the demand for the Author Accelerator programs was constantly growing. Everyone's dream, right? The problem was that, on the back end, things were not working smoothly. The Author Accelerator team knew that for their writer clients to have the best experience and results, they needed to ensure that the coach and the writer were a perfect match, based on more than ten criteria from coaching style, to topic, to genre, to level of feedback and individual availability. The stress-ridden match process took five hours of work per client, spread out over the course of about a week. To remedy the situation and create a new setup that would accommodate rapid growth, we brought Author Accelerator's information into a single platform that allowed the team to easily reference and match data about coaches and writers. The new setup made the Author Accelerator team five times more productive and infinitely more relaxed every time they get a new writer application. When I met with Laura Franzini, COO of Author Accelerator, the following year she shared: "The change we've seen in our business is astronomical. We've hired four new coaches who work for us, which means that we are able to work with about 80 more writers at any given time, which is very exciting. We have also upped our revenue by 85%, which is exactly what we were hoping for. And looking at our individual clients, we have been able to increase the total number of clients we are working with by 250%" Now, that's working smarter, not harder! Show less
