Natasha is someone I can trust to get the job done, and do it well. No matter if the task is something well beyond her experience, Natasha has the maturity and courage to become a fast learner, not be afraid to fail at whatever she's assigned, and then put in tremendous amounts of energy to succeed. I worked with Natasha as a peer and also had the privilege of her support during her time at Arcadier. Capable and efficient with research tasks, she also thinks through the downstream applications of her tasks, which makes her work thoughtful as well. She worked on expanding Arcadier's development partner network by building the educational/marketing collateral and managing external relationships. When Arcadier organised a competition and thought leadership summit for all of its users globally, she was heavily involved in the planning, initiation and outreach for the competition and summit, and took ownership of the design of the logo and the construction of the website.
