She is very detail-oriented, communicates consistently and effectively about tasks and projects, and always provides honest and constructive feedback. It was great being able to have her trust me and give me room to grow in my administrative skills as an office intern. Natasha was an amazing direct supervisor at the Department of Fine & Performing Arts. I had worked as a student office assistant for two years before her arrival, so I not only witnessed her adapt to the role with grace but also how she grew and improved the entire office with her leadership. She introduced new technologies to increase efficiency and teamwork, which greatly aided in our tasks when we prepared for events and important deadlines. Natasha also fostered a fun and positive work environment and she continually demonstrated that she cared about her student workers as employees, students, individuals, and future professionals.
