The Hope Service is a multi-agency tier 3-4 bridge service that offers a day programme to young people ages 11-18 with complex mental health difficulties and/or behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. I was responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting service user outcomes data (for a number of audiences), and led the pilot of the NHS Meridian survey project within the service. I attended multi-disciplinary/multi-agency case meetings and serious case reviews, and was responsible for planning and facilitating CBT based therapeutic groups supervised by the lead clinical psychologist.
