I have been coaching lifelong learners in dance for 12 years and worked with performing arts groups co-creating work that is powerfully expressed and has personal meaning. Many people enjoy the sense of freedom, feeling and expression dance gives them. When I started work the organisation was known as Dance South West.Dance teacher: Ballet for adults: beginner, basic plus, repertory workshops, Parkinson's Dance.I also lead a weekly somatic ballet workshop for Wessex Cancer Trust and I'm also a Royal Academy of Dance Silver Swans Licensee, with a weekly workshop in ballet and wellbeing in Purbeck, which began on 7 July 2022.
