Business Improvement Officer: • Work with relevant managers to identify all admin/back office support and customer facing processes. • Prioritise processes to form implementation plan. • Gather requirements and process map ‘as is’ processes. • Produce options/recommendations reports to be presented to My Fenland Programme Team for improvements. • Produce business cases, eg. if significant investment is required for technology, to be presented to CMT. • Work with cross-council teams to implement agreed options.
