  Natasha is Director of Philanthropy at Synergos. She leads their efforts in Asia, and formed the Climate & Environment Collaborative, building a global group of funders with the purpose of creating a community around effective climate and environmental activities and action. This has brought together philanthropic leaders who can elevate successful action at a local level and facilitate knowledge sharing of best practices and participatory initiatives, exploring how they might be shared and adapted in different parts of the world. In Asia and the Middle East managing a community of leading philanthropic families and social investors using their time, influence, and resources to fight poverty and social injustice in their own countries and around the world. The Global Philanthropists Circle (GPC) is a community of 100 of the world´s leading philanthropic families and social investors, from over 30 countries, committed to using their time, influence and resources to fight poverty and social injustice. Synergos is a global nonprofit organization that brings people together to solve complex problems of poverty. We work on issues such as health, nutrition, agriculture, and youth employment – creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive. Synergos creates, promotes, and sustains collaborations among business, government, civil society, and marginalized communities around the world. We foster successful collaborations by building trust, designing and implementing change processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of bridging leaders and institutions. Over the course of more than 25 years, Synergos has supported innovative initiatives in more than 30 countries and regions. Synergos was founded in 1986 by Peggy Dulany, who serves as our Chair.
