      - Semi-Finalist for the KCLCLS x The Mediation Project Mediation Competition. This was my first ever experience in ADR, and it was truly eye-opening to me how mutually beneficial solutions can be obtained through an amicable manner which was what resonated with me as someone who values harmony and effective communication. My partner and I were praised for our teamwork, flexibility and creative resolutions throughout the two mediation rounds. - Semi-Finalist for the KCLCLS x The Mediation Project Mediation Competition. Had been delegating at major conferences throughout my near-2-year membership in my IB School's MUN Society where I had to manoeuvre my interpersonal skills in forming blocs with other delegates when writing resolutions and practised drafting resolutions and debating over globally significant issues such as anti-nuclear proliferation and state hunger. This experience aided in increasing my social, environmental and general global awareness as I had to research on various contemporary challenges and issues faced by countries around the world and also improved my written and oral argumentative skills. Was awarded honourable mention in the Summer Edition MBMUN 2020 and best position paper in UMMUN 2020. Show less

Shadowed a senior associate at the private equity and venture capital department. It taught me how legal procedures like capital reduction and related party transactions work and how contractual clauses are written. When reviewing a privately settled case of evasion of financial liability between a subsidiary and a lobbying company, I learned about proceedings besides trials such as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Handling administrative tasks such as drafting letters for memorandum of transfer and organising legal documents gave me the ability to be meticulous and juggle various tasks. Show less
