My research focus is on micromanipulation of DNA. The collection process included sample prep through collection and staining of bio particles, isolation of cells for analysis via PCR, cell collection, and amplification through GeneAmp PCR Machine. After PCR amplification, samples were genotyped using a 3130 Genetic Analyzer machine and analyzed on the GeneMapper program. The genotypes were received as electropherograms.
