I am a Full Time Portfolio Manager currently overseeing 12 separate properties. Working directly with the Board of Directors to manage the business of the Associations in my Portfolio. Understanding of the Florida Statutes and each Associations Governing Documents, I am able to; inquire into and resolve Board and Homeowner complaints, schedule and facilitate association meetings, work with vendors to ensure all work orders are processed and completed within a timely manner, enforce property and association Rules and Regulations and assist with creating and managing the Association Annual Budget.
