  As a part of the Property Design team, I was responsible for the delivery of all stages of design: from mudmaps and stakeholder briefings to full design packs and documentation across the range of 10 types of Reece's specialised businesses. Following council requirements and site info, I was preparing landscaping, parking, yard storage and site movement plans, ensuring site safety and compliance. I also took initiative to update and contribute to the improvement of design team processes and standards. Achievements Using Revit, delivered full design packages and documentation of 15 major projects in the first year. Actively participated in and contributed to procedure reviews and process creation for the design team: design team weekly rhythms and work planning, design reviews, Revit template update, showroom product range standards and guides, project pre-start form, checklists Oragnised site visits and a number of learning sessions with internal and external teams 3 x badges of praise for the quality of project designs and communication delivered
