Support the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Texas Department of Transportation as a special project coordinator in providing structure and governance over the project’s lifecycle. Process documentation, deployment reports, tracking metrics related to reported issues, and facilitating internal team trainings.Provide professional and/or consultative work in support of TxDOT's new, web-based, custom-built technology system for automating the delivery of transportation programs, projects and right of way.Support the planning, development, and implementation of goals and objectives and proactive in recognizing project's risks and root cause analysis of client report issues.Analyze business and workload trends, interpreting quantitative data to improve project performance, and identify strategic objectives that improve operations.Other Activities Include:• Analyze risks and opportunities• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports• Utilization of Azure DevOps in creating User Stories and Defects related to identified issues or enhancements.• Collaborates with Enablers, Scrum Teams, Quality Analysts, and Product Owners • Process documentation • Forecast and track key metrics• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and audits• Tracks progress of projects through agile methodology
