Natasha and I worked on an implementation project for 9 months. In that time, I had the pleasure to collaborate, plan and train with Natasha and it has been a wonderful experience. Natasha is smart, highly organised and has the ability to connect with everyone. I highly recommend her as a project manager!

Induction of learners onto a scheme of learning, determining the correct level for learners, (Initial assessment) meeting the companies profile targets. Manage the delivery of learning to students, including invigilation of on line assessments, completing learners with in target dates. Work to strict deadlines in accordance with guidelines from Awarding Bodies. Complete learner progress reviews in a timely fashion, I have in the time I have been doing this had only two late reviews completed. Provide feedback on learner’s evidence at each visit. This is provided both verbally and on the learner's assessment plan. Recognise learning styles and tailor teaching sessions to meet diversity and equality. Since completion of my PTLL’s I have become more aware of this and it provides a better learning environment and completion rate. Ensuring paperwork is completed according to the data protection act and LSC guidelines. This needs to be done in line with the timelines set by the company for data collection periods. Train current staff on the delivery and assessment of Key Skills subjects. I have a 6 month timeframe in which to bring a group of 6 current company staff members up to standards for delivery, assessment and support of the Key Skills qualification. I have also worked on a Functional Skills pilot with a range of candidates which includes facilitation of learning and invigilation of written assessments (English, Mathematics and ICT). This has been a big achievement for me taking on a group of learners with insufficient GCSE grades to progress and teaching them in the relevant subjects to use these abilities in the future and apply their skills. This has been proven to have worked by the passing of the tests set for the individuals. Assist in the delivery of Warehousing and Stores Apprenticeships when necessary. Show less
