      Gidgee Healing is a not for profit provider of a range of primary health care services with four locations across the North West Queensland region providing services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community across physical, social, emotional, cultural and spiritual wellbeing. This included oversight and management of HR function leading a team of 5 responsible for recruitment, learning and development, industrial relations (IR) and workforce planning. I developed a comprehensive strategic workforce plan including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development and succession plans and reviewed and updated employee contracts to meet contemporary and industry standards. I also established and managed the project governance framework including project reporting structure and the quality assurance process. Through the establishment of a new IR support function we lowered organisation IR costs by 37%.
