  At Grace I was a certified nurse aide ,the job was providing care for people at different stages of life ,some were near the end of the cycle ,some needed help with physical care for daily living some were disabled ,some had no family they could stay with that could provide constant care.I think I was drawn to this job because I provide care for my mother who we moved in to our home.I basically am a 24/7 care provider.the home I worked at also had a skilled nursing hall ,it was the most interesting to me there were people from all walks of life at all different stages of life ,some were car accident survivors ,some stroke, some heart attack, a lot were falls and knee and hip replacements ,this hall provided physical therapy daily to help these residents be able to return home .The job was a lot of physical labor and a lot of providing incouragement.
